Derek Jetter held the beginning of speech on University of Michigan Saturday and talked about the importance of struggle through failure.

“Failure is important,” he said. “If I can safely promise you one thing, you won’t succeed. The bigger the dream, the higher the risk. But what is the price if you do not take the risk – if you do not commit to sleep? You could finish overpowered or you may not.”
When the Jeter decided to go to the professional, it is not smooth sailing in smaller leagues.
