Judge Wisconsin threatens not to hold a court in protest against federal authorities by arresting his judge Hannah Dugan Last week.
Judge Monica Isham has announced UE -Judges across the country on Saturday. Her e -entitled “She asked for guidelines or I refused to hold the court,” she made it clear that she had no intention of working with immigration and customs implementation (Ice).
“If there are no guidelines and support for us for us, I will refuse to hold a court in Branch 2 in Sawyer district. I will not myself or staff who could feel forced to help me or my community at the detriment,” Isham wrote.
“I have no intention of let anyone get me out of my courtroom with ice and sent to a concentration camp, especially without a long procedure, such as both constituents we swore to support. Should I start raising money for a guarantee?” Isham wrote, referring to the Wisconsin State Constitution.

“If this costs me my job or arrest me, at least I know I did the right thing,” she added.

Dugan was arrested and accused of hindering official proceedings on Friday after evidence appeared that she had protected the migrant from ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA have tried to arrest the unfathomable man-Mexican national Eduard Flores-Ruz-Ruz-Found his scheduled Criminal Court’s appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor batteries for allegedly beating two people.

She primarily monitors cases in her misdemeanor division, according to the magazine Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
