At one point, Surah said she was trying to escape Abreg Garcia when she saw a neighbor walking their dog and screaming “help.” Surah said to Abrego Garcia, then “grabbed me from my hair, then hit me.”
The neighbor was allegedly stunned and “he didn’t know what to do.”
