Why ‘American Pie’ star Shannon Elizabeth left Hollywood for South Africa

A star born in Texas also continued her acting career, appearing in movies like “A frightening movie”, “Jay and Silent Bob strike,” and more recently the comedy “Plan B” and the holiday movie “Home for Holidays”.

“It was really fun,” Elizabeth said about acting. “I love to act and I like to create. So, it was a fun ride. I’m just grateful to have had that opportunity and I could create some things that seem like people like them.”
