This is coming as Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, also Democrat, appeared as some of the leading votes of the nation resistance against Trump’s administration, especially when it comes to it illegal immigration.
The Law on Democratic majority Illinois passed the Law on Confidence in 2017, which limits the ability of local laws to cooperate with ICE and prohibit them from implementing the Immigration Law.

Pritzker, considered to be a possible presidential candidate in 2028, continued to fight the administration, even denying Trump as “authoritarian” and calling for mass protests to disrupt the president’s plan, saying the Republicans “I can’t know the moment of peace.”
Democratic governor also vowed to resist the immigration program of the administration and said Trump and the border Emperor Czar Tom Homan are “those who threaten people.”
Ice said that a state and local policy inhibiting the implementation of the law to cooperate with federal agents and communities of ICE, allowing public security threats to walk freely.
Trump Ministry of Justice (Doj) has filed a legal allegation against Pritzker, Johnson and several other Chicago officials for the rejection of the honor of ICE custody, for which the department said: “He interferes with the ice to take care of fear for sure.”
In his submission, he said that “when custody is not honored or a stranger was released from a non-feder plant without notification or transfer to ICE, ICE must conduct investigations and do targeted implementation acts to retrieve efforts to re-accept, and the alien is otherwise in a public threat.

Although the police departments are usually under direct control of city officials, the sheriffs are selected by people who serve and often have more free space to enforce the law unobstructed by political pressure.
As such, Miller invites sheriffs across the country to counter the Pritzker and the state authorities and implement the Immigration Act.
“I invite every local sheriff in Illinois to defy these dangerous directives, I collaborate with ICE and support the efforts of President Trump,” Miller said in Fox News Digital.
She said “Pritzker’s state policy policy turned Illinois into a mistake of crime and drugs that the illegals had brought actively to resource.”

“Our communities are flooded, innocent girls are raping, and Americans are mercilessly killing themselves,” she added. “These are the tragic consequences of his failed leadership.”

“We have to act now before another innocent American life is lost or inflicted on a strand,” she said.
Pritzker’s office did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital request for comment.
