President Donald Trump It is expected to sign the executive order to protect the Americans from the “exploit ticket scales” in the concert and entertainment industry, Fox News Digital learned.
The President’s executive order will be sent to the Federal Trade Commission to work with the Chief Lawyer to ensure that the Laws on Competition are being implemented in the concert and entertainment industry.
The order will also be implemented by the Law on Better Sales of Internet tickets (Bots) and promote its application by state consumer protection bodies.

The President’s command will also provide prices transparency at all stages of the ticket purchase procedure, including through the secondary ticket market; And it will evaluate the executive measures to prevent “unjust, deceptive and anticoncultural behavior” on the secondary ticket market.
The president’s command will also direct the Attorney General and the Minister of Treasury to ensure that the ticket scalpers act fully in accordance with the codes of internal income and other laws.
According to the order, the Ministry of Finance, the DOJ and FTC will also submit a report within 180 days to summarize the actions taken to solve the problems of dishonest practices in the concert and live industry and will recommend additional regulations or laws necessary to protect the consumer.

The command comes after President Trump, on the trail of the campaign, vowed to work to fight high ticket prices. During the campaign, the president described the current system in which fans of prices are “very unhappy”.
