President Donald Trump has blown some Republican Congress members on Tuesday for attempting to limit his presidential powers Tariff Institute So that congress could take control.
Trump gave a speech to the National Republican Committee on Congress, urging the “rebel” Republicans as he spoke about his trade policy.

“I just saw that today, a few of your congressmen,” Trump said before he started the impression of a MP. “Sir, I think we should get involved in the tariff negotiations. “Oh, that’s what I need, I need a guy who tells me how to negotiate.”
Trump said Congress would take over the tariff negotiations, China would be “the happiest people in the world.”
“They wouldn’t pay 104%,” Trump said about China. “I would say they wouldn’t pay a percentage – we would pay them 104%.”
Trump said that even talks around Capitol hills about restricting his tariff powers “it hurts to negotiate,” adding “and then fake news wants to build it, and there is no chance anyway.”
“We have to stay united as I defend workers from an unjust trade,” Trump said.
