Maher, a “real -time” host who called for progresses to better understand Trump’s wide support, said he was honored to accept a call for a private meeting at the White House and believes it is a way to help “Treat America.” Kid Rock was a guest on the Maher’s program last month.

“Now, I don’t have a kind of complex where I think I can cure America,” Maher said. “Let’s clean it, I’m not going to treat America.”
“It’s a kind of nixon-to-kine thing,” he added.
Trump explained in his post that he meets Maher as a “service to a friend”, despite the possibility that a comedian will use the event to attack him in the press.
“The problem is, no matter how much he likes your favorite president, I will publicly declare a terrible guy, etc., very like Democrats on my recent address to a joint session of the Congress, where I, rightly stated that, no matter what I said or did, would not stand, would not be smiled or,”, “Trump,” Trump, “Trump,” “Trump,”, they wouldn’t be up to date. “Who knows, though, maybe I’ll prove myself right?”

“Anyway, I’m doing a favor for a friend,” he wrote. “I look forward to the meeting with Bill Maher, Kid Rock and, I believe, the legendary Dan White will even be present. It may be fun or, maybe, but you will know the first!”
Maher stood out in a late-night circle with his weekly HBO show as an unwavering anti-trump progressive that nevertheless calls the “awakened” excesses on the left.
But he emphasized that he did not predict that his meeting with Trump would turn him into Trump’s fans.
“If they expect me to go to the Maga hat, they will be very disappointed,” Maher said earlier this month. “But I know they don’t do it. It will probably achieve very little, but you have to try, man, you have to try.”
