The White House claims that president Donald Trump Does not use an highway to sign legal binding documents such as pardon – after Trump accused the former president Joe Biden that he used the mechanical device to sign such documents.
The White House official on Tuesday on Tuesday for Fox News Digital confirmed that the official policy of Trump’s administration during both of his conditions was use Trump’s signature of the hands on each legal operational or binding document.

Trump also claimed on Sunday that the courts had to decide whether Biden’s use of highway for executive commands and pardons would mean that they were invalid.
A highway is a device that physically holds a pen and is programmed by replicating the signature of the person. In 2005, the Office of the Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Justice found that the President was allowed to use a motorway for signing the Law on the Law, and the US appellant for the fourth round in February reached the verdict, saying that the absence of “writing did not equate to evidence that no municipalitation had occurred.”

On March 6, a supervisory project with a conservative Think-tank fund published a report claiming that he had carried out an analysis of Biden documents and found that most of the documents signed during his administration used the highway.

“Our discoveries suggest a wide use of a motorway to sign a mercy order throughout the Biden Presidency,” the project supervised in the letter published on March 17th. “This apparent use causes concern about: whether President Biden personally approved every official act; whether or who has not been untreated by the motorway;
On the Trump inaugural day, Biden signed a pardon for the former chairman of the joint head of the staff, retired General Mark Milley, whom Trump accused of committing the betrayal, as well as those who participated in the investigation of the Committee on the 6th January, which conducted an investigation into the attack.
Trump has historically opposed the selected committee, and was charged in August 2023 for attempting to cancel the election results 2020, culminating in the capitol attack. However, special adviser Jack Smith rejected the case against Trump in November 2024. After Trump won the presidential election.
