Trump Cabinet: Ratcliffe says CIA restructured to eliminate ‘politicization’


CIA director John Ratcliffe said on Wednesday that restructuring in the direction of President Donald Trump is underway to eliminate “a well-documented politicization of” the agency.

“Mr. President, CIA is restructured in your direction to focus on our basic mission and eliminate a political-well-documented politicization that has been in the past in the intelligence community from bad actors to focus on our basic mission and make America safe,” Ratcliffe added.
