Meghan McCain quarrel with Bravo TV presenter Andy Cohen about transgender athletes who competed against biological females last month in sports, and on Friday she wrote a column about her beliefs.
The daughter of the late Senator John McCain came to defense of athletes in sports in her column in New York Post.

“The opponent’s transgender athletes in women’s sport is not a matter of tolerance or equality. It is a righteousness – and protecting biological women,” she wrote. “I do not believe in any universe that a person born biological male will not have a physical advantage over the biological female, no matter what the hormones they took.”
McCain added that she does not believe that women and girls should be forced to share a locker room with a biological man – which is a problem with former NCAA star swimmers Riley Gaines And Paula Scanlan spoke with the legislators about last year.
McCain added that, ultimately, the issue of “loss” for Democrats.

“This is a matter of war culture for Democrats. I will never understand why they want to die on this hill,” she wrote. “They claim that it affects such a small number of people, but this argument is also vice versa – why do they promote an unfair situation for the ego of a few?
“This is a matter of equality. I do not protect, I will not deal with social pressure and I will not move. To all who fight with me for this point, I thank you for the courage.”
The question began in March after McCain pointed out Payton McNabb The injury she suffered in a volleyball game in the hands of a transgender athlete.
In his response to McCain, he suggested that McNABB “vilified” transgender people.
“Surprised to buy in the abuse of the Trans Community given the real problems that take place in this country, your previous ally of the LGBTQ community and the fact that this does not affect about four people in this country,” Cohen wrote in the post on X.

McCain added in his column that he has known Cohen for years, but has now suggested that he may be considered a “former friend.”
