“Here’s a name that sounds kind of Irish,” I told Coman. “Who is Elizabeth MacDonought?”
Coman thought about the issue for a moment.
“Elizabeth Macdonough,” Coman said with the Irish liter. “Is that a comedian?”
I asked a woman named Shirley of Anchorage, Alaska, if he knows that name.

I asked the same question to Julia Lowe from Washington.
“Have you ever heard the name Elizabeth Macdonough?” I asked.

Well, Elizabeth Macdonough is actually in the government. And when it comes to CongressShe is one of the most powerful people you have never heard of.
Macdonough is Senate pArliamentar. A kind of judge who decides what is allowed in a large, beautiful law pushed by President Trump – based on special budget rules of the Senate.
“The parliamentary is quite important,” said Senator Kevin Cramer, RN.D. “But the parliamentarians do not have the last word to say (the law proposal). The Senate manages Senate. Not parliamentary.”
