Second COVID nursing home death’s case against Cuomo dismissed


The federal judge dismissed a lawsuit in the class accusing former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his administration that she is responsible for the death of her loved ones in nursing homes during the height of the Pandemia Coid-19 2020.
