Bristol Palin celebrates a great turning point.
On Monday, the 34-year-old mom of Troy took the social media to share that she was 365 days without alcohol.
“365 days without alcohol .. *Which sounds dramatic because I was never a big” drunk, “she wrote on her Instagram story, by Daily post office.

“But this year that I have a completely sober mind, it allowed me to re -evaluate. I don’t want to change my mind’s condition and I don’t want to” take off the edge “of anything. 10/10 I would recommend.”
The Palin Representative did not answer Fox News Digital for comment.
The milestone celebration comes more than a month after Palin gave followers updating with a face paralysis color – which she discovered earlier this year.
“If I just hold my mouth closed, it’s not so noticeable,” she told her followers on Instagram in February. “We are 35 day, officially five weeks since my left side has become paralyzed. I still have no muscle movement on the left. I don’t really feel much.”

“I did everything imaginative to solve it. I’m not sure what else I should do. But for the last 35 days I spent doing something every day to try to fix it, and nothing has helped so far. So I’m not sure what the future has, but this is updating. 35. Day. There is still no muscle movement.”
On January 29, Palin said she woke up with a “strange sensation” in the face.
“My mouth was withdrawing and it just felt a little. So I left, looked at myself in the mirror. I’m like ‘Wow. This is a little weird,” she told her Instagram followers at the time.

“Within a few hours, the whole left side of the face was stunned and only paralyzed,” she recalled. “I couldn’t blink my eye. I definitely didn’t have a movement [the left side] my face. So crazy. “

Palin went to the doctor, who “started the tests” and scanned, but “nothing returned in all results.” Then her “steroids” and “other medicines” were prescribed.
Doctors noted that the facial paralysis could have been caused by “Bell Paralysis case”, which could be brought with a stress or lack of sleep.
Bell’s Palsy is a condition that causes “sudden weakness in the muscles on one side of the face,” according to the Mayo Clinic. Weakness is usually short -term, and the exact cause is unknown.

“I know I look crazy right now, but this was so improvement from what I looked like,” she admitted on Instagram stories at the time. “I finally start to return part of the sensation. The last two days have been a little painful, and that is [good] sign. It’s a good indicator that it’s getting better. Praise the Lord! ”
“But the next time I look in the mirror and choose where it is,” Oh my nose is long. I want a nose job. I want to do it. I want to do it: “I remember that and I’ll just be grateful for the usual functional face because this was wild,” Palin added.
