The Russian general was killed on Friday in a car bombing outside Moscow, according to the Russian highest criminal investigation agency.
The investigating committee said that Lieutenant Yaroslav Moscal, the deputy chief of the main operating department in the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, was killed by an explosive device located in his car in Balashikh.
