Notice posted to Milwaukee judge’s courtroom door for anyone who ‘feels unsafe’

Dugan was arrested and accused of hindering official proceedings after evidence emerged that she had protected Flores-Ruh from ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

Dugan brought the FBI on Friday morning on the court’s field, according to US Marshal service Spokesman Brady McCarron. She appeared briefly at the Federal Court in Milwaukee later on Friday before being released from custody.

Dugan does not monitor any cases, and the reserve judge takes over her cases while her own case is played.
