Dugan was arrested and accused of hindering official proceedings after evidence emerged that she had protected Flores-Ruh from ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and Dea tried to arrest Flores-Ruiz, unfathomable Mexican citizenAfter scheduled for the Criminal Court’s appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor accusations of battery for allegedly beating two people.

Dugan brought the FBI on Friday morning on the court’s field, according to US Marshal service Spokesman Brady McCarron. She appeared briefly at the Federal Court in Milwaukee later on Friday before being released from custody.
