According to the arrest report obtained by ESPN, Tuggle was driving 107 mph before being stopped by police. He retreated to the right of the tape instead of his shoulder, and the arrest officer noted that “he almost went out without putting a vehicle in the park.”

“It is very unfortunate that, you know, one of these young men received a driver’s license within a month since it happened at 18 or 19, and it is amazing how many children now come to school without a driver’s license,” he continued.
“So this is not an excuse, but one of those things that we will continue to educate and discipline our guys to try to correct it.”

Both players became the latest in the long list of bulldog arrested for crimes associated with driving.
