Defendant Vandal is “under investigation” after appearing to pull the key on a Tesla Cybertruck outside Omni Mountain Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.
Kerri Pouliot, owner of a damaged Tesla, posted a clip on X, saying: “Our Cyber Tesla truck was destroyed this weekend at NH. During our stay at our hotel, our vehicle was crucial within an hour of arrival.”
In an interview, Pouliot told Fox News Digital that she and her husband “told the incident that she would get a warrant” for the arrest of a male suspect.

The footage received by Fox News Digital shows a male suspect walking the right side of the vehicle, pulling out what looked like a key from his pocket and pulling him side by side Cybertruck.
Pouliot recorded a video when police arrived at the scene, and one can hear an officer who asks, “Do you want to talk about what happened here?”
The accused Vandal replied, “No, I don’t know what happened.”
The police then told the man that they “had him in the video.”
“I don’t know what happened,” the man repeated.
Carroll Police Chief Tadd Bailey said New Hampshire Union leader that “the incident is also investigating me by the Coos District.”
Carroll Police Department spokesmen and Coos district lawyers did not respond to Fox News Digital for comment.
