But the British driver discovered in an episode of Podcast that she had received a “death threat” from fans after being involved in falling during Nascar Xfinity Series Rackingham race last weekend. The incident also included veterans driver Kasey Kahne.
“Let me be very clear, I’m here to race and I’m here to compete and not tolerate any of these threats to my safety or dignity, whether it is on or off the way,” Legge said during an episode “butterfly therapy for gas.”
She added that “inappropriate comments on social networks that I received not only disturbing, they are unacceptable.”
Legga became the first woman in seven years to start in the Nasscar Cup series when she made a Phoenix terrain. The Xfinity Series race was her second season. She was included in JJ Yeley’s car while they ran into the starting net for ownership points.

Legga moved the pace in the race when William Sawalich entered the back of the vehicle and sent it spin. Kahne had no way to go and ended up with her at the bottom of the track in a bend 1. Legga explained that she was hit too much, which is why she was spinning around.
As for the comments on social networks, Legga pushed the claims that “Dei rent” or anything less than just a “trick” of a driver who didn’t really earn his place.

“I earned my place on that racetrack,” Legga said. “I worked as hard as much as any of the other drivers outside and has been running professionally for the last 20 years. I am 100% sure that … the teams who have employed me – without bringing money for sponsorship most of those 20 years – did not do so as Dei, or anything else.

Legga ended 36. In Rockingham. The best ending in the Xfinity series was 14th at the Road America in Wisconsin 2018.
