Longtime partner of Mick Jagger Melanie Hamrick revealed that she had been secretly dealing with frontman Rolling Stones for years.
During her recent interview with the French magazine Paris Match, the 37-year-old former Ballerina shared the news of her engagement with 81-year-old Rocker.
“We have hired two or three years,” Hamrick said through an English translation of an article published on Wednesday.

However, Hamrick said she was uncertain whether she and Jagger would ever bind a knot.
“Maybe we’ll get married one day, maybe not. We’re so happy in my current life to be too afraid to change anything,” said the author of the “first position”.
In 2016, Hamrick and Jagger, who started gathering in 2014, welcomed the son of Deveraux “Devi” Octavian Basil Jagger, the “Pak, black” singer Eighth child of a fifth partner.
As he thought about their successful relationship, Hamrick said she and Jagger “were trying to support each other, be there for each other and make sure everyone would be happy.”
“That’s all that matters to me and I try everything for all,” she added.

In June 2023, the couple first caused rumors of engagement when Hamrick showed a diamond ring on his wedding finger.
During the interview with People magazine At the time, Hamrick confirmed that the ring was a gift from Jagger, but remained in accordance with its potential meaning.
“I mean, I have to giggle because Mick gave me a ring? Yes. Is that for that finger? Yes,” she told the socket. “But are we, like, horny teenagers in which we give each other … In my opinion, it is a ring ring. We will be immature and call it a ring to promise.”
“Maybe we’ll get married one day, maybe not. We’re so happy in my current life to be too afraid to change anything.”
Hamrick also shared her thoughts about whether she wanted to get married.
“I don’t know,” she says. “I am kind of, like a person in the moment, so who knows?”

Jagger was married before. Four -time Grammy Award The winner and Bianca Jagger tied the knot in 1971, but split in 1978. The former couple divides the daughter of Jade Sheena Jezebel Jagger.
Other children of singers include Karis Hunt Jagger with actress Marsha Hunt; Elizabeth Scarlett Jagger, James Leroy Augustin Jagger, Georgia May Ayesha Jagger and Gabriel Luke Beauregard Jagger Drac; and Lucas Maurice Morad Jagger with Lucian Gimenz Morad.

Jagger and Hamrick first met in backstage on a Rolling Stones concert In Tokyo in February 2014. At the time, Hamrick was also on tour as a dancer with an American ballet theater.

A month after they met, Jagger’s longtime girlfriend, fashion designer L’wren Scott, died with suicide. After her death, Jagger wrote that “he was struggling to understand that my lover and best friend could end their life in this tragic way.”
Hamrick told Paris Match that she and Jagger had reunited five months after they first met. She recalled that an acquaintance gave her a phone number to Jagger, who invited her to join him for coffee. The two then went to the romance after meeting again in Zurich.
