Emotional divorce between Dallas Mavericks And Luka Doncic left the 26-year-old NBA star in February. He was also left with a broken cell phone.
In a recent interview for Espn, Doncic discovered his emotions for a shocking blockbuster store that sent him to Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis, Max Christie and the future choice in the first round.

The Lakers left the clear winners of that agreement, but for Doncic it was an emotional way out. The one who left him with a broken heart and a phone.

“Mostly sadness. I was still in shock, like a crazy shock. I felt like my heart was broken, honest,” Domcic said in an interview. He found that he was in bed when he first learned of the news. His first reaction? Throwing the phone.
“That still works,” Doncic said with a smile as he discovered the damage on his phone.
Donica spent his first 6.5 years of his career in Dallas. Asked if he hoped there he would end him, he replied, “Of course, it’s an easy question.”

Earlier this week, Harrison spoke with media members together with the Mavericks CEO Rick Welts behind closed doors, where only journalists based in Dallas were present to ask questions. Harrison said “no regret” because of the trade.
“No regret for the trade,” he said via ESPN. “Part of my job is to do the best thing for Mavericks, not only today, but also in the future, and some of the decisions I will make will be unpopular.
“It’s my job and I have to stand by him.”

For Doncic, a comment on Harrison since the store added salt to the wound.
“It’s just a sad way to speak right now,” he told ESPN. “I never say anything bad about him, and I just want to move on. Fans, my former team, I’ll always stick to my heart. It’s time to get from there.”
The focus now remains on basketball and playoffs. The Lakers hosted Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night in the first round of the Western Conference.
