The resident of Scottsville Donna M. Spengler, 42, was arrested in the early morning hours of March 21, according to Scottsville Police Directorate (SPD). “After the investigation, the authorities discovered a missing minor hidden at the attic of Spengler’s house,” the report said.
The minor was then taken to the detention center of the Warren district according to the court order.

Spengler was subsequently transported to Allen County Center, where he holds on a $ 50,000 taxpayer.
