At the age of 19 years of former Playboy Playmates – and twins – the lives of Karissa and Kristina Shannon have turned drastically after moving to Hugh HefnerMansion Playboy.

“We meditate every day together, and we enter a meal and do not eat, we really care and only take time for ourselves and learn how to be selfish, learning how to say no,” Karissa said.
“We got into our hearts, we went through our treatment, which lasted years. I didn’t think we would ever come out of it. But Michigan changed us. We love to be in Michigan and then go to La or Vegas to work,” Kristina added.
