Judge orders Elon Musk, DOGE to reveal its plans, identify all employees

Ordered a federal judge who appointed Obama Elon musk and the Government Efficiency Department (Doge) to reveal its plans to reduce the Government and identify all its employees, among other actions.

The Directive of the American District Judge Tanya Chutkan come as 14 Democratic State Attorneys of Square the President Donald Trump, Musk and Doge, claiming that Musk is unconstitutionally managed by power, according to politics. Chutkan gave a male for three weeks and came to produce information, which will ultimately help her decide whether to completely block Doge’s surgery, he added.

The decision made on Wednesday requires Musk and Doge, among other directives:

• Produce everything Doge and Doge temporary organization Planning, implementation and operating documents concerning: (1) removal or reduction of federal agencies; (2) The abolition of federal employees’ employment or putting such employees on leave or (3) cancellation, freezing or pausing of federal contracts, scholarships or other federal funding.

• Create all Doge and Doge temporary organization for planning, implementation and operational documents regarding access to the approach, use or intake of changes in federal data or data management systems.
• Identify each individual who serves as a dog’s staff. Identify for each person (1) their title; (2) whether they are part of the Doge team in the agency and if so, which agency; (3) all individuals who are directly reported; and (4) who hired them.
• Create all documents containing lists, charts or abstracts that have been made by the Doge staff or Musk, composed or arranged by reflecting a planned or completed cancellation of federal contracts, support or other legal agreements.

Directives also call for a reception that “Elon Musk directed Doge staff” and that “Elon Musk was not monitored by any united state officers except the President of the United States.”

The White House did not immediately respond on a Fox News Digital comment on Thursday.

“The burden of the defendant was minimized by a narrow period of time for the removable materials, excluding electronic communication, explicitly liberating the President Trump from the request, expanding the time of the defendant to answer and denied the plaintiff’s request to notice the deposits,” said Chutkan in her decision.

“Planff detection requirements are limited to information and materials regarding agencies, employees, contracts, scholarships, federal funding, legal contracts, data databases, or data management systems that include or engage with prosecutors’ countries; including subjects and institutions managed or funded by the prosecutor’s states,” she added.
