Actress and singer Janelle Monáe invited Republicans, warning that people like themselves “challenge” the president Donald Trump like a school yard.
Monáe received the Award for Human Rights Campaign (HRC) in Los Angeles over the weekend. During her speech, the LGBTQ organization, she said she used her art to create “safe spaces” for marginalized people and gave her explanation for it.
She shared an anecdote about harassment at school until she caused a bully in battle. When her abuser eventually gave up the conflict, Monáe said from that moment, she took her heart to “win the abusers only when we let them think they could.”

Singer Janelle Monáe compared the President of Trump and his Republican allies with the abusers in the school yard in her speech.
Monáe, who is open progressive, He claims that Trump and Republicans act like abusers in many ways.
“Since it’s true here, the mistreatment doesn’t stop when we grow up. It doesn’t finish when we leave school, it’s getting bigger. It’s again a brand,” she said. “The abuser becomes elected president. The abuser writes laws and relationships with other abusers, and mistreatment is now a legislation, and right now we look at how these abusers are connected and come to our communities.”
“I am proud that I am in the LGBTQIA+community, as a pansexual, like a non-bonical, and I am proud to come from the working class community. I am proud to come from the Black Community,” she said. “So, furiously watching them trying to take away our human rights, erase our identity, remove our health care, eliminate our reproductive freedom, attack our voting rights, pollute air and water and water eliminate federal jobs. The jobs that so many families, including my sister, depends. “

She praised official workers and immigrants, adding that our world would collapse without them.
“Instead of paying us with dignity and respect, we watched them being harassed by a system itself that couldn’t last a day without them. We are nothing without you,” she said.
She also praised the host organization for her work, declaring: “I am grateful that the HRC is fearless, ruthlessly, fought, causing evil giants, abusers, those who want to knock us down, tease us, erase us, muffle us until we fight us.”
Monáe gathered the crowd, asking them if they were ready to unite with the underdogs of society to start “becoming thin and reciprocating.”
“Clearly we will cause a giant,” Monáe said as she finished her speech.
