James Carville urges Democrats to abandon identity politics for winning strategy

Democratic Strategist Veterans James Carville said Democratic party Employment of identity policy is performed in the election after Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris are a failed presidential offer.

“No one gives St in the Democratic Party anymore, what a gender you are, what kind of ethnicity you are. They just want to win … We are not here to make history,” Carville said in a policy room in politics Podcast Thursday.

Carville, who became known for his work on the campaign of former President Clinton in 1992, answered the question of the listener read by co -organizer Al Hunt.

Carville further explained that if there is an amazing candidate to win White houseThen the Democratic Party will gather around it. However, the veteran strategist emphasized that the priority of the Democratic Party should be easy to win in the election.

“If this is a candidate for women who has the best opportunity to win, for God’s sake, let’s gather behind this candidate. If it’s a man, let’s gather behind it. Whatever that is, the most important criteria is to win the F ———- Mr. Nothing else counts,” he said. “The victory is everything, stupid.”
