In Morgan’s response, he called the question a “lying”, praising his community and schools in solving the situation and condemning Neimberg for making the problem at all.
“I am really proud of my community that has been advocated for those who need to be defended and protected, making sure we have great schools we do along the way, we have incredible, incredible schools, incredible families, an incredible community that has gathered to deal with this situation. Because that’s a lie!” Said Morgan.
“So the next time the representative wants to talk about other districts, I understand that he might be ashamed and, honestly, he should probably be, but instead of standing on this floor, which we talk about children today, try to talk about our own district.”
Georgas responded to Morgan’s charge in response to X.
“Really [Rep. Morgan?] Was your daughter in the locker room? Because mine was! How dare you accuse that they are lying. You are disgusting [and] Scornfully and I hope to play the sound for you one day! “, Georgas wrote.
Georgas filed her appeal for civil rights to Ministry of Justice After claiming that school administrators tried to force their 13-year-old daughter to change last month in front of a transgender student in the girl’s locker room.
Nicole Georgas revealed an appeal during a meeting of the Education Committee for Deerfield 109 Public School District Last week, arguing that the incident was a place last month after her daughter refused to move to uniform during physical education because there was a biological student at the time.
“Girls want their locker rooms and bathrooms back. They want their privacy back. That’s why I’m here tonight. These are the well -being, mental health and privacy of my thirteen -year -old daughter, “Georgas said during her speech at the Committee meeting on Thursday.
According to Georgas, her daughter was “scared” and “extremely upset” when she used a girl’s bathroom on February 5 and noticed that a transgender student was also using objects at the same time.
“The administration told her that a student could use the bathroom as well as a female locker room because they now identify themselves as a female,” Georgas said of the administrators of the explanations they allegedly provided to her daughter.
Georgas said that the situation was worse when, for days later, her daughter and other classmates refused to change to uniform during physical education because she was a student of transgender persons present.
She claimed that the next day the school administrators pulled the girls aside and later made them change into the uniform.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy van Treese and more teachers entered the girl’s locker room, making them change to the uniform. That lasted all week, “she said, adding that her daughter still” refused to participate “.

Georgas then raised that question to the school administration, noting that she believed that it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump “Maintenance of men from female sport” Executive command. In her speech, she said that the administration had informed her that, under the guidance of their legal advisor, a student was free to use girls in the bathroom and locker room for girls.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, District 109, Deerfield Public School 109, he said that no student is obliged to change before others in the locker room, adding that school policies are aligned with the state law.
“District 109 is dedicated to providing a learning environment that is respected and supported by all students and staff. Our policies and procedures, including the use of students in the locker rooms, aligned with the State Laws, the Illinois School Code, and the State Board of Education Illinois (Isbe).
