Illegal immigrant A vicious smile flashed with a violent Brazilian gang as he was arrested during an immigration surgery in Massachusetts, earlier this month.
American immigration and customs implementation (ICE) shared an image of the arrest of Caio Vitor Guimaraes-Silva, 21, illegally present Brazilian national and a confirmed band member convicted of attack and battery against the residents of Massachusetts.
Officials said Guimaraes-Silva was installed during the surgery of immigration on February 3 in Bellingham.
“Caio Vitor Guimaraes-Silva has not only shown the sharp disrespect for US immigration laws, but also unveiled a significant danger to the residents of Massachusetts,” said the director of the Field Office for the implementation and removal of Leda Patricia H. Hyde in a statement.

“As a documented member of a violent street gang and alien convicted of a violent crime, we could no longer comply with Mr. Guimaraes’ presence in our community.
Officials said Guimaraes-Silva lawfully entered the United States on September 3, 2017, and later violated the terms of his lawful recognition.

Ice then launched an immigration detention against Guimaraes-Silve with the Middlesex district correction, February 16, 2024, after the arrest of local authorities.
District Court declared Guimaraes-Silva to blame Two points of attack and battery. The court then sentenced Guimaraes for one year in prison, but suspended more than 90 days.
Officials said that the court then released Guimaraes-Silva from the state custody, neglecting the custody of immigration on ice.

The information received by Fox News Digital shows that between midnight on January 21 and 9, January 22, the 33rd period, the surgery of the implementation and removal of ice (ERO) arrested more than 460 illegal immigrants involving criminal history of sex attacks, robbery , Burglary, worse attack, drugs and weapons, resisting the arrest and domestic violence.

The arrests took place throughout the US, including Illinois, Utah, California, Minnesota, New York, Florida and Maryland.
The arrests come as Trump’s administration is moving quickly to fulfill its promise to launch a historic mass deportation surgery, which he said he would focus first – but not exclusively – on public safety threats.
