ICE arrests alleged member of Cuba’s Ministry of the Interior

The man arrested US immigration agents and customs implementation (ICE) because they were Alleged agent of the Ministry of Cuba interior and illegally be in the US.

According to a statement from ICE, Daniel Morejon Garcia, a 57-year-old Cuban citizen, was arrested in His home in Miami and custody detained LED, FBI and American customs and border protection.

Officials said the investigation was focused on false claims he allegedly made when joining the country.

During the investigation, officials said the law agents received official documents of the Cuban government and “credible information on the source” indicating that Moson Garcia had failed to discover his belonging.

“Morejon Garcia failed to discover his membership in the Cuban Communist Party,” HSI Miami wrote in the post, showing pictures of the arrest of the Mosen Garcia on X.

Morejon Garcia also allegedly failed to be the agent of Cuba’s Ministry of the Interior in his immigration applications, according to ICE officials.

In addition, officials said the investigation revealed that Moson Garcia allegedly performed the post of president of the National Defense Council in the Artemis region in Cuba and was a member of the Brigade for a quick response.

“These groups, made up of civilians coached and organized by the Government, are designed to help the authorities during the incidents of social unrest, protests or disorders,” the ICE statement said.

Authorities also believe that Morejon Garcia activated the Cuban government during the protests on the entire island on July 11, 2021.

“In this role, there was evidence of more about protesters who attacked protesters who attacked protesters,” the statement continued.

Mosn Garcia remains in the detention of ice as he waits for his removal from the US, the officials said.

In March, the Congressman who escaped from Cuba in the 1960s shared a list with the Homeland Security Department (DHS) people who are allegedly related to the Communist regime that bypasses US Cuban Refugees Laws.

In a letter received by Fox News Digital, Gimenez shared with Noem on “the presence of agents of the killer regime of Castro and the Communist Party of Cuba currently residing in the United States.”

Gimenez represents the Congress district closest to Cubi in the Miami-Dade and Monroe district.
