Recording voice notes on your iPhone

Do you want to easily catch and organize voice notes on your iPhone? Here’s how you can do it in just a few simple steps using the Notes app. We recorded the recordings below on the iPhone 15 Pro that runs iOS 18.3.1.

Step 1: Open Notes app

• Cross your finger from the top of the screen and Type the notes In the search lane
• Tap Application open it

Step 2: Create a new note

• Tap Complek the icon (a square with a pen) in the lower right corner to create a new note

Step 3: Start recording

• With an open note, tap paper icon above the keyboard
• On the menu that appears select To record the sound
• Press Big red button To start recording voice

Step 4: Stop and save recording

• Tap The red button again stop recording
• You can reproduce recording by using Play button
• To look at the transcript, tap Icon of speech bubbles In the lower left corner of your screen

• Words will be prominent While playing, facilitating examination

Step 5: Editing and Sharing

• To rename your recording, Tap a three -point menu In the upper right corner
• Select Rename
• Type a New name

• Next, click return
• Then,, tap Finished
• Share your shot by touching sharing icon

• Then select options like Airport,, Messages or Post to share it

This feature is especially useful for creating transcripts that can be searched directly in your notes, which is ideal for meetings or lectures.

Recording voice notes on your Android

Want to catch your thoughts or important moments on your Android quickly? Here’s how you can easily record voice notes using a simple recorder app. We recorded the shots on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Step 1: Find or Install the Voice Record application

• Open your own The application drawer and look Record holder
• Or click Search strip and the guy Record holder
• If not installed in advance, take over a Voice recorder application from Google Play Store

Step 2: Start and stop recording

• Open Voice recorder application
• Tap Red shot button At the bottom of the screen to start shooting
• Tap stop button When you are done with speech

Step 3: Save Recording

• Then, next to the shooting buttons, tap Black square
• Type a name for your recording
• Tap Save

Step 4: Play

• Tap From the list of saved records to listen to your recording
• Press play

Step 5: Share

• To share it, tap Your shooting
• Then select Three -point menu In the upper right corner
• Click Sharing icon
• Choose your own preferred division method, Like messages, e -present or google drive
