It’s a big weekAnd President Donald Trump not only leads the country, but is strongly leaning into the belief that he has been elected.
With a renewed spiritual fervor and a sense of provident drama, Trump was Marrying his personal faith in the tissue of his presidency, especially after surviving an assassination attempt last year.
“I believe that my life was saved that day in Butler for a very good reason,” he said during his address to a joint session of Congress last month. “God saved me to make America big again. I believe in it.”
It is a feeling that becomes central to Trump’s second term. At a national prayer breakfast in February, Trump thought personally, “That changed something in me, I feel. I feel even stronger. I believed in God, but I feel much more powerful about that.”

According to Trump, it wasn’t just a happy head turn – it was a divine intervention. As he says, he looked toward the ladder at the right time.

“I am blessed that I am raised in the church home … And that faith lives in my heart every day,” Trump added.
This foundation, he claims, is critical not only for him personally, but also for the soul of the earth.
In the past two years, Trump has repeatedly sounded an alarm because of an American spiritual fall.

From a white house stand to full of mega-drawers, Trump used his presidency to advocate for religious freedom as a cornerstone of his leadership.
“As long as I am president, no one will prevent you from practicing your faith or preaching what is in your heart,” he said during his first term in 2017 – and since then he has echoed that promise.
“Faith inspires us to be better, to be stronger, to be caring and giving … It’s time to stop attacks on religion,” he said.
Trump also made international religious freedom a consistent part of his agenda. In an interview with Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) 2017, 2017, Trump focused on persecuted Christians.
“They behaved terribly … that you were a Christian in Syria It was impossible, at least very difficult to enter the United States … We will help them, “he said.
Trump continues to connect the American foundations of ideals directly with faith.

Regardless of whether he recounts memories at a Sunday school or a bullet who missed “where he counts”, Trump’s message 2025 is unmistakable- he believes he does not only lead a country, he fulfills the divine mission.

“I enjoy a very great relationship with God and a very great relationship” with evangelical Christian voters, said CNN in Jake Tapper in 2016. “I live a completely different life than probably a lot of people would think … I’m trying to lead a good life and have.”
