House Dems demand ‘proof of life’ of Abrego Garcia after being denied meeting


Home Democrats which Traveled to El Salvador Asking Kilmar Abrega Garcia, they wrote to state secretary Marca Rubiou, seeking “daily evidence” after being denied a meeting with a Salvadorant citizen who was deported from Maryland.

“Since we have not been able to get the answers we need from the embassy today, we wrote a letter only 30 minutes ago, State Secretary Marc Rubiou, seeking daily proof of Mr. Abrega Garcia’s life, demanding that he see – he has access to advice, and of course, finally, demanding his safe return home,” she added. “And we won’t stop until this is over.”

Abrego Garcia, A 29-year-old immigrant who illegally crossed the border, settled in Maryland and gained a protected legal status, was deported to El Salvador last month. Officials in court admitted that his deportation was an administrative error, although now some top Trump officials say that it has been properly removed and claiming that the MS-13 gang is a member of the infamous gang.

On Monday, Frost said that travel Democrats “formally asked” to meet with Abreg Garcia, but “we were told at our meeting that the Government refused our request to see it because this was not an official journey.”

“We are also worried about our own voters; we present people in the whole nation,” Frost told reporters in El Salvador. “We get hundreds and hundreds of calls – people say,” Go to El Salvador, do something, do something about the fact that the president of the United States in the oval office speaks of sending US citizens here in El Salvador to prison here. “
