Sudden death wave kilmer He influenced Hollywood in many ways.
April 1, Kilmer’s daughter, actress Mercedes Kilmer, confirmed the news of his death. Kilmer, who played Thomas “Iceman” Kazansky in the original “Top Gun” in 1986, died of pneumonia in Los Angeles.

Josh Brolinwho shared the screen with Kilmer in the 1995 movie, “Heat”, paid tribute to the late actor with a heart dedication on Instagram.
“See you, my friend. You will miss you. You were smart, challenging, brave, uber-creative firecracker,” Brolin wrote a photo of him posing with Kilmer. “There are not many of them. I hope we will see you up in heaven when I get there in the end. Until then, amazing memories, beautiful thoughts.”

Matthew Modine, who played James “Joker” Davis in the 1987 Full Metal Metal Metal Metal Metal, earned a deceased actor to play the role in the gig.
“Rip Val Kilmer”, Modine wrote on x. “If it was not our random meeting at the 1985 source, I might never have been thrown into a full metal jacket. Thanks, wave.”

When Kilmer and Tom Cruise reunited for “Top Gun: Maverick”, almost 30 years after the original “Top Gun” was released, Kilmer shared that it was like the pilots had never left foreign.
“It’s like no time at all,” Kilmer shared Fun Weekly 2022. “We blew a lot of laughs. It was really fun … special.”
In recent years, Kilmer spent time on his website, painting as a “talented and fertile artist in various media.”
