He announced News on Wednesday during the segment on his subcastation, “This is Gavin News.”
“The issue for the committee is simple – do Erik and Lyle Menendez, whether they set up current, what we call” unreasonable risk for public security, “he said.
“Risk assessment will be carried out as they are usually implemented – public security experts as well as forensic psychologists.”
He described the assessment news as “a joint procedure conducted by the state.”
“After that, there will be a hearing that acts like a standard hearing of probation, providing an environmental lawyer and victims the opportunity to be part of the procedure,” the governor’s office divided into a statement.
Explained the Newsom’s Office That the legal standard in California is a conditional release whether the prisoner was an unreasonable risk of public security, which must be determined before the governor made a decision on their municipalities.
“This procedure does not mean that there is a guaranteed outcome, but it shows that we do our deep attention, providing transparency, maintaining public security at the forefront, ensuring that the FER procedure for all who are involved and approached the conclusion,” said Newsom’s office.
As early as November, News stated that he would delay every decision on the case of Menendez brothers to local courts and prosecutors.
“Governor respects the role of an environmental lawyer in ensuring that justice is handed over and admits that the voters have entrusted to District Prosecutor Hochman to perform this responsibility” Said the Newsom’s office in the previous statement. “Governor will be postponed to the interview and analysis of the Menendez case before making any almsing decisions.”

Menendez Brate worship: What is happening next?

California Government Gavin News asked the State Committee on Conditional Freedom to conduct a “risk assessment” in Erik and Lyle Menendez, which he said was a common procedure conducted by the state.
News said that the risk assessment results would be shared with a higher court judge in Los Angeles, who was chaired by the case, as well as Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman and veterans.
“There is no guarantee of outcomes here,” he told News. “My office conducts dozens and dozens of these reviews on grace on a consistent basis, but this procedure simply provides more transparency, which I think is important in this case, as well as providing us more attention before I make any decision for mercy.”
The Newsom announcement comes less than a week after Hochman asked the court to reject the Menendez brothers’ request for a new trial.
Hochman quoted the evidence questions, claiming that he did not satisfy the high enough standard for a new trial.
It comes a few months after the former George Gascon New evidence cited in the form of a letter suggesting that the brothers could abuse their father as a reason for a new trial.

“We looked at it again credibility of lettersEspecially the alleged letter Andy Cano 1988 was taken out in a continuity of lies, and this was drastically asked if this was a 1988 letter from 1988. Erik Menendez wrote to Andy Canou about this sexual abuse, “Hochman said at a press conference on Friday.
The letter was reportedly written eight months before the killings of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez, in 1989, Erik Menendez to his cousin Andy Canou and the alleged sexual abuse of their father.
The letter was not found only a few years ago, said the lawyer of the Menendez brothers.
The Family Family of Menendez condemned Hochman’s decision in a previous statement that their legal team shared with Fox News Digital.
“District State Attorney Nathan Hochman took us today until 1996. He opened the wounds we spent for decades trying to heal,” the statement said. “He did not listen to us. We are deeply disappointed with his remarks, in which he effectively torn new evidence and discredited the trauma they experienced. To suggest that the years of abuse could not lead to the 1989 tragedy, not only amazing, but also dangerous.

“Abuse does not exist in a vacuum. It leaves lasting scars, crosses the brain and captures victims in the cycles of fear and trauma. To say that this did not play a role in Erik and Lyle’s action means to neglect the decades of psychological research and basic human understanding.”
The statement added that it was “absurd” that Hochman says the evidence should have been filed at the trial.
Hochman also noted that Newsa has a plea for mercy at all his table and “he can do everything he wants, whenever he wants, and in the next few weeks we will deal with the problem of replacement.”
If the Hochman’s office continues down the path that stops, News still has the last word. If the brothers’ punishment is reduced to something that would make them acceptable to conditional freedom, the governor has veto to power over the decisions of the Committee on Conditional Freedom. He could also betray mercy or pardon.
The hearing of the abolition was pushed out for almost two months due to devastating fires in California.
