The Batie-Moose Treaty with San Jose State expired on January 31 after being suspended from the program in November. Batie-Mosos has previously filed an appeal of the IX title against the program because of the situation involving the transgender volleyball player Blaire Fleming. Batie-Moose is also involved in a lawsuit against the SJSU and the Mountain West Conference due to the situation that included Fleming.
It has nothing to do with the incident on Monday night and the appeal of the IX Batie-smos title, a deviation from the program and a lawsuit that has not been established by the police.
However, Batie-Mosos believes she was a “target” for that.
“Yes,” Batie-Mosos told Fox News Digital when asked if she believed the incident was related to the situation involving the Sjsu and Fleming. “It cannot be a coincidence that I never happened and in our neighborhood I talked to neighbors who lived there for over 10 years, and not even a robber in the area, let alone shoot someone in their house.”

Batie Smoose said the incident happened when she was on a virtual meeting with members Independent Council for Women’s Sports (Icons).
She spoke with Attorney General Bill Bock and Mountain West Conference, who were involved in a lawsuit. While talking about legal battle and New NCAA policy As for the acceptability of the gender, she heard the glass in her home.

“So because it is potentially cannot be a gun that is only considered vandalism even though it can harm you?” Said Batie-Moose. “That’s kind of crazy for me. No matter what, if the item on that force comes to your head, it will hurt you. It’s crazy for me.
“I don’t know how it decreases on vandalism.”
Batie-Moose said that she had previously received enemy emails about her flessing attitude and trance involved in women’s sports. She also claimed that she had personal quarrels with individuals in Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley who did not agree with her attitude.
“People recognize me in the community, and I am in an area that speaks and say that I am fighting for women’s sports, I am in an area with some crazies and I definitely believe that it was the target on me what I was saying,” she said.
Batie-Moose added that all coaches and players involved in San Jose State’s volleyball program know her address. Batie-Moose joined the program 2023, but does not exclude individuals outside the program by finding out their address through other funds.
“I feel that this day and age people could find your address quite easy,” Batie-Mosos said. “Did I put him there? No. But I’m sure if you looked tiring enough, you could find my address.”
Batie-smos has since left her home and remains somewhere else as the investigation continues.
Batie-Moose appeared on Fox News programs repeatedly to protect women’s sports in the middle of a liquid in San Jose.
Batie-smoose was suspended from the program 2 November after being appealed by the title of IX. The complaint included the allegations that Fleming had conspired with the opponent for former SJSU Captain Brooke to hit the face during the match in October.
