President Donald Trump signed the Executive Command on the first day, suspending the relocation of refugees and ordered the Ministry of Internal Security to apply in 90 days about whether to continue moving in the interest of the US

“The President has a significant discretionary right … to suspend the recognition of the refugees,” Whitehead told the parties, according to the Associated Press. “But that authority is not unlimited.”
The case was carried out by refugee groups, including the International Refugee Assistance project, Hias, Lutheran Services in the Northwestern and Individual Refugees Community. The groups claimed that their ability to provide refugee services was damaged by Trump’s order.
The command was one of a series of orders trying to limit both illegal and legal immigrationincluding the use of conditional discharge to allow migrants by the Biden Administration. In his first term, Trump had a limited relocation of refugees, but President Joe Biden made moves to take over more refugees, including an increase in refugees.

“The United States lacks the possibility of absorbing a large number of migrants, and especially refugees, in its community in a way that does not threaten the availability of resources for Americans, which protects their safety and security, and that provides appropriate assimilation of refugees,” Trump said in his order 20 .
“This command suspends the mail until further entry into the United States of the refugees is aligned with the interests of the United States.”
