Federal charges filed against alleged Kristi Noem purse-snatcher

The US Secret Service filed federal criminal charges against a man accused of installing the Minister of the Ministry of Homeland Security Christ callsThe company while she was out with her family at Easter lunch.

The criminal complaint filed in court on Monday accused 49-year-old Mario Bustamante Leiva for fraud wire, difficulty theft of identity and robbery.
