Police arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly sending threatening messages to the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard And her husband.
Infant on Monday announced the arrest of Aliakbar Mohammed Amina saying he sent a threatening text message to Gabbard Between 29 and 1 April.
Threats included Amin allegedly wrote: “You and your family will die soon” and “I will personally do the job if necessary.”
“Death to America means death to America literally, Tulsi lives on borrowed time,” read another text.

“The home that you own in Texas is a legitimate target and will be affected at the time and place of our choice,” said the second.
“Get ready to die, you, Tulsi and all who are dear. America will burn,” Amin wrote in another text.
“The threat to harm public officials is a criminal act that cannot be forgiven as a political discourse,” said US lawyer Richard S. Moultrie, Jr., said an arrest statement. “Our office, in coordination with our partners for law enforcement, will strongly prosecute individuals who commit these violent works.”

The police arrested Amin in Lilburn, Georgia State on April 11, is facing accusations of transferring interstate threats to Gabbard’s injury.
“The FBI sees all threatening communication as a serious federal offense. We will use any investigative tools and resources available to identify responsible and ensure that they are prosecuted to the most part of the law,” said Paul Brown, a special agent in charge of the Atlanta FBI. “Let this arrest serve as a clear warning: if you get involved in this kind of criminal behavior, you will be caught and you will go to prison.”

Federal agents say that they also discovered similar threats that Amin allegedly referred in social media posts, including a picture displaying a firearm shown to a photo of Gabbard, and another picture of a firearm pointed to a photo of Gabbard and her husband.
Federal agents took out a firearm as they made an order to search the Amin’s home.
