Dominican Nightclub collapse: Survivor recalls ‘total chaos’

At 01:00 Tuesday morning Carwin Javier Phydo was dancing with his mother in Santo Domingo Dominal prison after he realized that something had fallen from the roof.

At that time, they did not think much about it. He said: “No one thought that because the little deserted fell,” he says.

A famous expert, who moved to the Dominican Republic eight years earlier, was gone with her mother, carmen, and friends to see the score of the photens.

It was the first time of Carwin, 32, and his mother was sown three years and had to be a happy night and celebration.

But in the second evening morning, the calamity fell.

“Roads were large. I felt worthless.”

Carwin says he just regrets due to unable to do more for his girlfriend.
