Anesthesiologist’s lawyer charged with attempting to kill his wife on a Hawaiian mountaineering path It insists that there are “two sides in each story” because new details of the marriage of money are revealed.
Gerhardt Konig stated that he was not guilty of attempt to accusation of murder in Honolul Court on Monday.
“Dr. Konig is not only guilty this morning is not only a formality, but also an essential response to an allegation that he tried to kill his wife,” defender Thomas Otik told reporters, he said Associated Press.

Last month, Konig and his wife were hiking on Oah when he allegedly pushed her toward the edge of a cliff before trying to inject her syringe and beat her in the face of the rock, according to a petition for a temporary abstain order filed by female lawyers.
The fathers told the judge that he would apply for a guarantee of his client, citing Konig’s lack of criminal complaint.
The Konig was held without a bail since he was charged on March 28 and almost appeared in court from the Oahu Community Center. If he is convicted, he would face the possibility of living in prison.
“There are two sides in each story, and so far only one side has been distributed,” the offspring said. “The other side of this story will be shared in the court process at the appropriate time.”

Koniga was also ordered that he had no contact with his wife and their children.
The couple visited Oahu to celebrate a woman’s birthday, while their two children were left home with a nanny and a family on Maui, according to his wife’s request. Konigin’s wife also claimed that her husband had sexually abused and attacked her, according to the court documents received by Fox News Digital.
Prosecutors claim that Konig and his wife hiked the “fell mere” path when he asked her to stand near the edge of the mountain to take a picture. When she refused, Konig allegedly grabbed her hands and started pulling her toward the edge of the cliff.
The couple began to physically fight, and Konig pulled out a syringe and tried to inject his wife as she prayed for her life, according to court documents.
“I don’t know what was in the syringe, but Gerhardt is an anesthesiologist and has access to several potentially deadly drugs as part of his employment,” she said.
Konig then grabbed the rock and started hitting her head, the woman said.

Two women mountaineers heard the screams of cones’ wives and assisted, Call 911 and helping her down the path.
“She was bleeding off her head, so you know we just had to wrap her head, stop the bleeding,” said Gary Soares, a parking lot at a nearby state park, for AP.
“It’s sad because he’s a doctor from Maui,” Soares said. “Doctors we should believe to worry about [for] our.”
Konig escaped from the scene on foot, guessing his stomach before he was later arrested in the evening, according to the Honoluli Police Directorate.
Lawyer’s office did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital for comment.

In a previous statement to Fox News Digital, a lawyer who represented the victim said that “focuses on his recovery at home in Maui with the support of her family,” adding that “she kindly asks the media and the public to respect their privacy at the time.”
Konig got its medical permit In September 2022, and Tuesday remained “valid and in good condition”, according to a professional professional licensing website in Hawaii.
Konig was suspended from his work as an independent contractor at the Maui Memorial Medical Center, said representative Maui Health.
“Dr. Konig is employed in an independent entity contracted to provide medical services in various medical institutions at MAUI, including the Maui Memorial Medical Center,” the Fox News Digital statement said. “Dr. Konig’s medical staff privileges in the Memorial Medical Center Maui have been suspended until the investigation. Maui Health takes these concerns and safety of its patients very seriously and will cooperate with the authorities, as needed.”
Lawyers and Koniga and his wives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
