The Education Department warns the state Education Department that they have to eliminate diversity policies, equality and involvement or risk losing federal funding.
The letter of the Office of the Civic Rights Education Department has been sent to the Department of Education in all 50 countries, informing them that they cannot be followed for more than 14 days. “Institutions that are not in accordance with the Federal Civil Rights Act may, in accordance with the applicable law, face the potential loss of federal funding,” Craig Trainor, a Vertear of Assistant Secretary for Civic Rights at the Ministry of Education, said in a letter.
The letter states that “open and concealed racial discrimination, which has become widely widespread in the educational institutions of this nation” will no longer tolerate.

The education department has previously announced the removal of the mention of dei from documents and websites. The department also put in employees who ran the Dei initiatives on leave and dissolved their Council for diversity and inclusion.
