Democrats have lost their way on women’s sports

There is a proverb that says when you get stuck in a hole, stop digging.

When Congress convened for a new session This year, Democrats were given the opportunity to dig from a ditch opposing a healthy position that girls are only girls for girls.

The decisive sense of voters was the moment to change the course and accept the direct account, Protection of women and girls in sportsclarifying the intent of the title IX.

But they were too proud to admit they were wrong, so they continued to dig.

This argument is another charade that deceives the public about federal responsibility entitled IX.

Each chosen official should know that the title IX is the Federal Civil Rights Act. His mandate that forbids sexual discrimination is not a matter of “federalism”, leaving others to decide on the rules.

States, localities and school sports leagues are not authorized by federal law by independent, arbitrary rules on eligibility in sports on the basis of sex. They don’t have that opportunity. And that makes sense; Biology does not change on the basis of the place you live in.

Will Democrats confront women or let men destroy girls’ sports?

Federal law is not a whimsical job. Because Biden’s title IX Comedled Making “gender identity”, new sex was thrown out in a federal court.

The standard of equal capabilities IX in athletics based on sex, male and female is not for the locals or leagues they decide. It is not optional for any educational entity that receives federal means.

No democratic argument against the protection of women and girls in sports law can be defended for healthy voters. Opted only exposes the inevitable conflict between trans ideology: denying protection for women as women so that men can be “women”.

That didn’t happen yesterday. In 2013, President Barack Obama signed a democratic transcript of a law on violence against women who redefined sex to include “gender identity”. The result was to give men who identified themselves as women access to women’s shelters, taking off women of predators. This is the moment when Democrats legally seized the woman’s defense cloak as a woman, throwing our safety and privacy based on sex wolves.

Tail. Lori Trahan, D-Mass., Shows a liberal the hypocrisy of women’s rights. At a recent hearing, Trahan, former NCAA Division athlete and, expressed concern about the justice of the name, paintings and settlements of similarity for women’s sports.

But Trahan has just voted against the protection of women and girls in a sports act. She rejected the protection of righteousness towards the athletes from Trans APPLICATION, as well as other hypocrites who say they support athletes, but along with her male swimmer Lia Thomas who attacked women’s sports and spaces.

News may have announced the news by breaking from the entertainment line, but the conversation is cheap. There is a lot to stop the unjust competition in California, as high school males dominate the field and steal titles in maiden sports.

Democrats accepted a loss strategy on Protection of female sportsGuarantees to the Republicans another opportunity to become a question by defining it in the next election. Democratic voters decided. They do not like a male body suffering on women’s teams and on women’s stands.

The elections will continue to fall the same year as the Olympics – which is constantly a reminder to voters that women’s sports should only be for women.
