As someone who fought in the bureaucratic wars of the trenches of the first Trump administration, I was surprised as any stunning speed of the Doge leader of Elon Musk from Blitzkrieg to the heart of the federal bureaucracy. While the federal bureaucracy has been swollen and should be reduced, it cannot be eliminated. As the founders of this nation recognized, sinful human nature requires the existence of government for certain purposes, such as law enforcement, protection against foreign enemies and regulating trade.
And as long as we have a government, we need bureaucrats. Some bureaucrats should be kept from one administration to another to ensure that some know how to maintain machines. The Congress, however, should act that the cracking of weak effects or unwavering employees would make it much easier than it is today.
The experience of the first Trump administration has also shown that the relief of bureaucracy requires improvement not only in bureaucrats, but also by presidential names served in agencies. According to the law, career bureaucrats must follow the instructions of the political appointed, and most of the ones I came across did.
Thus, politically appointed, which are competent, ethical and committed to the principles of administration, they can direct the ship in the right direction after the subversive bureaucrats and excess luggage have been abolished.

One of the reasons why the bureaucrats pulled out so much during Trump’s first term was that too many political appointments were missing the desire or courage to face. The first Trump administration came to power without the reservoir of such people from which to draw.
For this reason, Trump and those around him have spent the last few years browsing individuals to those jobs. Some of his types have caused controversy, even among his allies, but so far it seems that a new team is capable of attributing a bureaucracy that has never been brought to the fifth last time.
