Police officers for fish and wild animals and wildlife conflicts responded to the scene.”

The WDFW authorities believe that the same coyots were involved in every incident.
“Prevention is the best tool for minimizing conflict with coyots and other wild animals. Keep cats inside, keep the dogs caught and avoid early morning and late evening walks with your pet in areas that are known to be coyots,” WDFW said in a statement to the public. “Don’t leave little children unattended where coyots are often seen or heard. “
