Colorado man faces federal charges in Tesla firebombing attack

“I am clear (yes) if you are involved in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla’s proporties, we will find you, arrest you and put you behind bars,” Bondi said. “All of these cases are a serious threat to public security. Therefore there will be no negotiations.”

Frederick was arrested one week after the attack. Federal prosecutors are looking for 20 years in prison, Bondi said.

In addition to federal charges against him, Frederick also faces local accusations, including a second -degree fire and possession of explosives or flammable devices.
