The judge rejected charges of abduction and conspiracy filed against five Students on Massachusetts College The accused of receiving a man at their campus in the “catch a predator” scheme using a dating app.

“We are grateful that after a fair hearing and a longer consideration, the court properly applied the law,” Brainard said lawyer, Christopher Todd, said, he said In e -mail to Associated Press. “No decisions were made on our way to resolving the remaining number.”

All charges in the case, including those left in place, are in accordance with the judicial system.”

Carroll is still charged with attack and battery with a dangerous weapon, and Brainard is facing a charge of the intimidation of witnesses.
