Washington Capitals Star Alex Ovechkin moved to three goals from breaking all time Wayne Gretzky, while scoring his 892 goal against Carolina Hurricane on Wednesday night.
It was a lone goal of the capital in their loss of 5-1 Hurricanes. He almost scored two in the game, but Golderik Anderen stopped him at a reach in an empty place. He finished defeating Andersen in the 5th to 3 later game in the second.

“We have a pretty good chance in the second, the first shift of the burglary,” Okchkin said. “And in this game, if you have the opportunity, you have to use it and I think all the goalkeepers play well tonight.”
