Washington Capitals Star Alex Ovechkin moved to three goals from breaking all time Wayne Gretzky, while scoring his 892 goal against Carolina Hurricane on Wednesday night.
It was a lone goal of the capital in their loss of 5-1 Hurricanes. He almost scored two in the game, but Golderik Anderen stopped him at a reach in an empty place. He finished defeating Andersen in the 5th to 3 later game in the second.

“We have a pretty good chance in the second, the first shift of the burglary,” Okchkin said. “And in this game, if you have the opportunity, you have to use it and I think all the goalkeepers play well tonight.”
Ovechkin acknowledged the atmosphere of the playoffs in Raleigh, North Carolina. In the third period, eight players received inconsistent behavior in the game after multiple fights broke out.
