The double -sided group of legislators on the Capitol hill will present a law on Wednesday to disqualify the Americans with physical issues from military service to find civilians in the Armed Forces and Defense Industry.
The Law on Integration of Defense Workpiece is sponsored by Republicans and Democrats in Both congress chambers.
The proposal, which seeks to support thousands of Americans with physical problems disqualifying them from service would target labor shortages in critical areas, including production, cyber -safety and defense logistics.

“Often the US Ministry of Defense will invest significant time and resources in the training of military recruits – only for those recruits that will be taken for medical reasons for medical reasons, many of which they do not forbid to work to protect our nation,” said Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Dn.H., one author.
Key provisions of legislation include directing Ministry of Defense provide information on civil employment options to people who are medically disqualified from service during initial estimates.

The proposal of the Law also aims to support members of the Discalified In Early Career Service, spreading to the existing Air Force Best practice by establishing a staff management program for the army and navy. These programs would facilitate recommendations to civilians for employment at the Ministry of Defense, which improves access to the employment process without guaranteeing jobs.
“Medical issues can prevent some patriotic Americans in active military service, but this does not have to prevent them from finding other ways to serve our country,” said Senator Mike Rounds, Rs.d., the suite of law in the upper chamber.
