Biological mother of a man allegedly trapped for 20 years from stepmother in her Waterbury, Connecticut, In an interview with Fox News Digital, she threw out an accused woman.
Tracy Vallerand, who lost custody of her son when he was 6 months old, scored a stepmother, Kimberly Sullivan, calling her “lowest of low.”

Vallery said that during her childhood her son, she had repeatedly tried to connect with him again, but that his father Kregg Sullivan would not allow it.
Kregg died last year.
When her son turned 18, Vallerand said she was searched for the internet to try to connect with him again. She couldn’t find any records about him, which made her fear of the worst.
“Well, I mean, things that go through your head where you can’t find someone who is an adult, especially today on social networks, is very rare to actually find zero carbon prints,” she said. “Did he run away? Vallerand noted that her son’s father was not technologically smart, and she thought maybe her son simply took her father in that regard.
