Host “real time” Bill Maher said on Friday his upcoming Dinner with President Donald Trump In the White House could be a small step in the right direction for the Earth.
After criticizing him and his politics for years, Maher made titles when he accepted Trump’s invitation for a private dinner at the White House. Liberal comedian talked about a meeting in interview with journalist Chris Cuomo.
Cuomo praised the move, saying he was completely advocating for it, but Maher asked about his motivations to do so in the first place.

“I do this because, above all, it was presented as …” Maher started.
“Dare?” Cuomo joked.
“He doesn’t dare, no … just, like, maybe this is the beginning of the treatment of America,” the comedian said. “Now, I don’t have a kind of complex where I think I can cure America. I can’t, okay, let’s make it clear, I won’t be healing America.”
Maher, however, praised the idea of such a meeting, claiming, “It’s a kind of nixon-to-kine thing.”
“There was no one who was more difficult or ancient about Trump to do with the fact that he did not want to voluntarily abandon his duty. I have credentials,” he said. “But they also respect me because I’m honest with Woke up the train to CrazytownAnd I don’t diminish it, and I lost a lot of fans because of it. The awakened people left the building, and I am willing to sacrifice. But it gives you a certain credibility. “

“It is an honor to be invited to the White House,” Maher said, noticing her modest beginnings as a child from the suburban New Jersey.
“I am a lot impressed,” he said about his life, bringing him to this moment, “I am impressed with F — From him. I have to go to the White House.”
However, instead of being impressed, the first thing people say to him is, “How do you dare talk to him?” who takes the Maher as a “return compliment”.

Maher praised the upcoming opportunity as an opportunity to chat face to face, not to trade strips from far away, but said that both sides should have reasonable expectations.

“If they expect me to go to the Maga hat, they will be very disappointed,” Maher said. “But I know they don’t do it. It will probably achieve very little, but you have to try, man, you have to try.”
